Karate is a form of unarmed self-defense that involves a range of full-body movements to defend yourself and block attacks. In our karate programs, you will learn moves like chops, kicks, and punches in sessions that build physical and mental strength. With time you'll earn colored belts representing your rank as a practitioner of this Asian system of self-defense.


Jiu-Jitsu is a martial art and combat sport founded in Japan and developed into a new variation in Brazil. The style involves grappling with a partner with careful technique. In our Jiu-Jitsu programs, you will learn to execute moves like holds, throws, and other advanced techniques to protect yourself against an opponent.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a Chinese form of martial arts involving slow-paced movements. It is non-competitive and commonly applied to aid with anxiety and stress reduction. This Chinese method is excellent for people of all ages, and we've adapted a Tai Chi Rocksteady Boxing program specifically for seniors who are navigating life with Parkinson's disease.

Filipino Arnis

Filipino Arnis is a martial art style that originated in the Philippines. In our Filipino Arnis programs, you will learn to combine a careful mastery of weapons into your self-defense skillset. You'll develop this unique skill alongside grappling and hand-to-hand combat techniques.

Weapons Training

We offer a specific training program dedicated to the mastery of weapons. In this program, you will develop confidence in your ability to use a specific set of weapons for self-defense purposes.

Parkinson's Training

Our Parkinson's Training program involves carefully designed sessions in martial arts for seniors. Combine Tai Chi, yoga, boxing, and Qigong as an effective way to condition the mind, body, and spirit.
