Come and try something new
If you want to explore your options before committing to a program with Galante Martial Arts school, you can drop in on any of our classes to find the perfect fit for your needs. We provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere, helping students of all levels improve their skills and discover the physical, mental and spiritual benefits of martial arts.
Karate for kids
Children can drop in and try kids' karate classes. Our classes in martial arts for kids offer karate with a unique mix of yoga and Jiu-Jitsu training to learn a variety of skills, from strength and flexibility to focus, respect and concentration. Stop by and try them out on Monday and Wednesday from 5:00pm-5:45pm.
Drop-in options for adults
Adults are welcome to stop in and try our Filipino Arnis, Karate, Jiu-Jitsu, and Tai Chi classes. These martial arts styles range from weapons training with Filipino Arnis, grappling in Jiu-Jitsu, to slow-paced and non-competitive movement in Tai Chi. Come by and try these classes on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 7:00pm-8:00pm.
Tai Chi for adults and seniors
Are you interested in trying martial arts for seniors? Both seniors and adults are welcome to drop in and try Tai Chi, a slow and relaxing martial art described as 'meditation in motion'. Release stress and condition the body and mind with these classes on Saturdays from 10:00am-11:00am
